Bowen Island Rock Runners is a not-for-profit group that is dedicated to providing positive and age appropriate multi-movement running, jumping and throwing opportunities for all ages and abilities from child to adult that will maximize their physical abilities development and promote a life long participation in sport activities.

Lisa Brougham  is the Bowen Island Rock Runners Program Director/Head Coach and is a Nationally Certified Middle Distance Coach/ Nationally Certified Course Conductor for several sports and loves running the trails on Bowen Island with friends, family, and dogs!
