Run for the Ferry is taking 2011 off.
We look forward to an
even bigger and better event for 2012.
In order to fill the hiatus, the Rotary Club of Bowen Island is organising a run called Rotary Run for Rwanda, on Bowfest day, 27 August 2011.
This is a fundraiser for Margaret Butler’s non-profit, The Komera Project, which currently sends 35 girls in Rwanda to secondary school. Here is the link to the Facebook information page about the run: http://on.fb.me/iXywRI
